Island practice
The firm has worked continuously in Puerto Rico since its founding in 1972, and El San Juan is one of the island's landmark resorts. Working in a Caribbean jurisdiction means designing to a different code path, a different utility environment, and a supply chain where equipment substitutions are harder to make late in construction.
